Visoria Botanicals Ltd. retails non-medicinal botanical food supplements, herbal formulations for daily visual comfort routines, and non-corrective wellness eye accessories intended strictly for everyday nutritional support and lifestyle care. Product pages describe what is included, the quantity and the form. Photos are illustrative; packaging may differ slightly.

An order is placed when you complete checkout. We confirm it by email; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse an order when stock runs out or the details cannot be verified, and we refund any payment in that case.

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and offer you to confirm or cancel.

Product photos are taken of the goods we ship. Colours on your screen depend on its calibration, the browser and the light in the room; a small difference in shade is not a defect and is not a ground for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are stated on each product page.

The goods are our responsibility until the courier hands them to you or to the person you named at the address you gave. From that moment the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Visible transport damage should be noted with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.

You may return goods within 30 days of delivery as described on the Returns page. Products supplied by Visoria Botanicals Ltd. carry statutory warranty protection under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, warranting that all delivered goods match their product specifications, are of satisfactory merchantable quality, and are fit for lawful daily wellness purposes.

• Customised or personalised vision accessory goods tailored to specific customer preferences.
• Botanical formulations or eye wellness items with an unsealed tamper-evident safety seal.
• Sterile eye comfort sprays, mists, or hygiene rinses unsealed after delivery due to microbiological protection and public health grounds.
• Consumable nutritional items that have expired or deteriorated after opening.
• Items inseparably combined or mixed with other physical goods following delivery.

Visoria Botanicals Ltd. limits its total liability for any claim arising from order fulfillment to the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the relevant order or £75, whichever sum is lower, to the maximum extent permitted by English law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You must be at least 18 to place an order. Products are to be used as described on the label; they are not a substitute for medical advice.

These terms and all sales agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us, it goes to the competent court of the seller's registered address, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
