Order processing
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with the order number as soon as the order is placed.
All vision care formulas and botanical capsules are sealed inside light-protective containers with tamper-evident induction foils, cushioned in shock-absorbent recycled kraft packaging, and placed into sturdy, plain outer cartons to prevent physical or thermal degradation during transit.
Tracking your parcel
Customers receive an automated dispatch notification via email or SMS containing a unique Royal Mail or DPD tracking reference immediately after parcel handover.
Lost or delayed parcel
If the tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We open a trace with the courier and either resend the order or refund it in full, your choice, within 10 business days of the claim.
Damaged on arrival
Inspect the consignment upon receipt from the courier. If external packaging or protective container seals show transit damage, document the condition with photographs, refuse acceptance if possible, and contact customer support within 48 hours for a prompt replacement dispatch.
Payment methods
We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for card or online-banking details by email or phone.
Delivery outside United Kingdom
We ship to selected countries. Costs and timeframes for each destination are shown at checkout before payment. Import duties, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
