You can return any item bought from Visoria within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. This page explains the conditions, the steps, who pays for what and how quickly the money comes back.
Conditions
To qualify for a refund within the mandatory 30-day window, items must remain completely unopened, unused, and housed in their original protective packaging with all factory tamper-evident seals intact.
How to return an item
- Submit Return Request: Contact customer support at our official email address citing your UK order reference and reason for cancellation.
- Obtain Return Authorisation: Receive a designated RMA number along with the approved United Kingdom warehouse return address.
- Secure Item Packaging: Place the unopened product with intact safety seals into a protective shipping carton to avoid transit damage.
- Inspection and Payment Settlement: Following warehouse verification of sealed integrity, your refund is credited within 3-10 business days via bank transfer or the agreed direct method.
Who pays return shipping
If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay, we send a prepaid label or arrange a courier pickup. If you changed your mind, the return shipping is paid by you; we deduct nothing else.
Refund timing and method
The refund is issued within 3 business days after the item passes inspection. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to the account you name; bank-transfer orders go back to the same account. The bank usually posts it in 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
To exchange for another size, variant or product, follow the return steps and place a new order; we refund the returned item as soon as it arrives. If the exchange is due to our mistake, the new order ships at no cost.
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled free of charge until it is dispatched. Write to [email protected] with the order number. After dispatch, the return procedure applies.
